She also wasn’t afraid to put in the work during her days on Dancing with the Stars. Nikki was an absolute pro and one of the top competitors; it came with a lot of work behind the scenes alongside her partner Artem, who is now her fiancée! The two are engaged and set to have a child… yeah, time goes by really quickly.

15Training For Dancing With The Stars

Who would’ve thought that Nikki Bella would be training with her future fiancée and father of her future child?!

The two grew close to one another during Dancing with the Stars. During her time on the show, Nikki also managed to get in the best shape of her life – a lot of that had to do with practice sessions on the regular.

This one might be hard to digest for WWE fans considering Nikki is training out in John Cena’s gym, in Tampa.

The throwback pic was taken during their time together as a couple. During that phase, Nikki did a lot of bodybuilding exercises, especially squat variations like the front squat.

Along with lower body movements, Nikki is also hitting her upper body, in order to maintain that great shape. It was also much needed during her WWE days, throwing an opponent up on her shoulders requireed some serious upper body strength.

She’s hitting a lat pulldown exercise, an excellent way to sculpt your back.

She hits a lot of abs and we can tell just by her perfectly toned stomach, which will soon be replaced by an admirable baby bump.

When it comes to ab exercises, Nikki loves to hit bodyweight movements. She has a routine up on her YouTube channel, which takes place outdoors.

As we stated earlier, Nikki works in several variations of a squat during her training routine. She’s booty goals and a lot of that is thanks to her exercises and commitment to dieting as well.

The band squat is not only a great glute builder for Nikki but also a nice way to burn some extra cals while moving side to side.

It looks like Nikki’s dancing but according to her YouTube channel, this was a routine she was using during her WWE days, prior to a match.

She would even tell Triple H about the routine, as it was a way to engage the abs and get the blood flowing prior to a match.

Along with dance and weight training, Nikki Bella also gets a kick out of yoga sessions from time to time. Given her past neck injuries with WWE, yoga aids in releasing some of that tension, with some calm stretches.

Nikki was fully committed to her diet in this YouTube video. She created a healthy breakfast shake, while completely cutting her sugars and carbs – though she did mention that carbs and sugars coming from fruits were both acceptable.

She downed the healthy shake and admitted to being two pounds down already the prior day.

Nikki is once again hitting the squat, this time around she’s hitting the regular back squat and as we can tell from the photo, she isn’t afraid to add some meat on the bone, with some serious weight up on the squat rack!
