One thing that every superstar in WWE must have is strength. Even the smaller wrestlers like Rey Mysterio, Daniel Bryan, and Kofi Kingston must maximize their ability to build muscle. Regardless of their size, some superstars have historically been freaks of nature in the business and they never were scared to show it off.

In any professional sport, the world has seen memorable moments of many types of athleticism. But WWE has been home to most the incredible feats of strength that dropped the jaws of the world. When they say that superstars spend hours in the gym every single day, they aren’t kidding.

John Cena vs. Mark Henry – Arm Wrestling Contest/WWE

10John Cena’s Attitude Adjustment On The Great Khali

At One Night Stand in 2007, John Cena battled The Great Khali in a Falls Count Anywhere for the WWE Championship. Given the magnitude of the match along with the rare style of match, a shocking moment between the two superstars was imminent.

The two wrestlers climb up on the bed of a crane truck. Cena then rakes Khali’s eyes, leaving him vulnerable enough to lift the nearly 400-pound giant and perform an Attitude Adjustment off the vehicle. Not only is lifting up the mammoth Khali unbelievable but finishing him off of a crane truck gives Cena a ton of style points. It is easy to say that this feat was nothing short of amazing.

9Mark Henry Breaks Off A Cage Door

One of many powerful feats for Mark Henry, breaking off a locked steel cage is mind-boggling. On a 2006 episode of SmackDown, Mark Henry decided to interrupt a tag-team steel cage match. As you can see in the picture above, that door is legitimately locked shut.

There are tons of cage/cell gimmicks involving the breaking off of an attached door. Most of the time, it is loosened or not fastened securely to where the superstar has the ability to break it off easier. That door that Henry is ripping off has a steel chained lock keeping it together. In the image, The World’s Strongest Man is going for the hinges, but Mark Henry actually ends up pulling and breaking off the steel chained lock.

8Cesaro Swings The Great Khali

Cesaro is probably the most underrated strong man on this list, if not in all of wrestling. He is very tall at 6’5″, but for the usual strong man, he is pretty short and lean. He often shows that size doesn’t matter by displaying crazy feats of strength in the ring.

At WWE Battleground 2013, Cesaro grabbed The Great Khali’s ankles and swung him around many times. Khali’s center of gravity was focused on his head and torso, which were swinging away from Cesaro’s center of gravity. That actually makes the 400 lb. giant a much heavier lift. Cesaro pulled it off one of the more entertaining feats of strength ever.

7Lex Luger Bodyslams Yokozuna

A fun match throughout the decades of WWE has been The Bodyslam Match. In 1993, a version was created for WWF legend Yokozuna. The Yokozuna Bodyslam Challenge was intended to see if another superstar could bodyslam the 500 pound giant for the first time.

It was July 5, 1993, when Yokozuna decided to dare anyone to bodyslam him on an episode of RAW that was located on the U.S.S. Intrepid in New York. The impossible happened when a helicopter landed on the ship’s deck, Lex Luger gets out and slams Yokozuna without wasting much time.

6Braun Strowman Flips Over An Ambulance

For whatever reason, the WWE Universal Champion likes to wander around backstage and ruin giant motor vehicles with his super-strength. No one is complaining about The Strowman Express randomly showing off his power.

On an episode of Monday Night RAW, Braun Strowman decided to flip an ambulance that contained Roman Reigns inside of it by himself. Strowman’s ambush on Roman Reigns came right after Reigns defeated The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33. That must have been satisfying for Taker fans.

5The Big Show Flips Over A Jeep

This one of a kind moment came during a promo on an episode of SmackDown not too long before he faced Akebono in a Sumo Match at WrestleMania 21. A windshield breaking slap pumped him up to eventually flip the Jeep.

Throughout his career, The Big Show became the most well-known WWE giant since Andre the Giant. Usually, his super strength was never shocking and that’s because he is bigger than anyone that he lifts. When he rocked a Jeep back and forth until it flipped on its side, that was surprising even for a 7-foot tall giant.

4Mark Henry Pulls Two Tractor-Trailers

Mark Henry lived up to his nickname during his WWE Hall of Fame career. The World’s Strongest Man isn’t just a WWE great, he is also a two-time Olympian in powerlifting as well as a champion of multiple powerlifting world competitions. Entering the business, there were definite expectations to display unimaginable feats of strength.

What’s better than pulling one tractor-trailer? Pulling two tractor-trailers. Hooked up to a harness that was tied to two tractor-trailers, Mark Henry pulled the diesel-powered vehicles outside of the arena on a 2013 episode of SmackDown. This feat is just one of many throughout his WWE career.

3Mark Henry Squats A Car

Mark Henry went on a feat of strength spree in 2002 on SmackDown. After holding a limousine back from moving, he challenged himself to squat a car off the ground the following week. The roster backstage even took bets on this one.

He had already proven he was genetically freakish with strength, probably the strongest in WWE history. But when Mark Henry lifted a Ford Taurus off the ground, it still shocked the world. If he says he is going to lift something, Mark Henry is surely going to lift it. The World’s Strongest Man proved plenty of times that he can have his own Top 10 list of feats of strength.

2John Cena Lifts The Big Show And Edge

John Cena is a generational superhero in wrestling history. One of Cena’s superhero moments happened on the greatest stage of them all, WrestleMania, when he faced The Big Show and Edge. John Cena picked up both Big Show and Edge in a set up for an Attitude Adjustment out of nowhere.

It was WrestleMania 25, and a mix of main event matches was underway. For the World Heavyweight Championship, John Cena potentially lifted a combined weight of 700 lbs when he carried Edge and The Big Show on his back. Edge slipped off after a few seconds and Cena finished The Big Show to become the World Heavyweight Champion.

1 Hulk Hogan Bodyslams Andre The Giant

The most historic feat of strength came at one of the most historic moments in WWE history. At WrestleMania 3, The Irresistible Force met The Immovable Object for the first true WrestleMania Moment. That historic image of that historic match between Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant will never be forgotten.

The feat of strength came right at the end of the match. After knocking the giant down for the first time, Andre got back up to approach the reigning champion. The Hulkster immediately picked him up and bodyslammed him, leading to a finishing leg drop to win the historic match. The roar of Hulkamania when Hulk lifted Andre still gives goosebumps and will forever be one of the all-time moments in WWE history.WWE
